Ready to roll?
In tabletop roleplaying games, there are circumstances and things that seem beyond our control. To simulate them, we roll dice. The first thing to know about you is actually the stuff before you, so this game starts with a facsimile of your socio-economic status as determined by the kind of family you were born into.
You can roll the dice individually or together. If any roll a 20, add that to the total and roll that die one more time, adding again. You roll 3 dice, up to 6 total rolls if you get a lot of 20s. Bigger numbers generally mean a more secure situation for your character.
